    Consultation   A creative firm is expected to provide one free introductory
visit or discovery interview with a prospective client.
Subsequent calls should be part of a billable assignment.
       
 
    Proposals   A creative firm is expected to prepare a written estimate or
proposal of project schedule, costs and terms once sufficient
detailed information is provided. No project should be started
without a signed acceptance of an agency proposal.
       
 
    Billing   A creative firm's client has the right to expect the authorized
proposal price, plus approved additional expenditures, will be
the invoiced price unless otherwise adjusted before invoicing.
       
 
    Confidentiality   A creative firm is expected to treat information or materials
provided as secure and confidential, and all reasonable efforts
must be made to safeguard it. If requested, a creative firm
should willingly sign a non-disclosure agreement.
